"At Reckon we have many extremely clever subject matter experts in house, who develop software in a very technical industry.
We needed a company who would be able to translate this expertise into thought leadership pieces for our blog and for general content creation to be used by the sales team for their customer engagement.
We have two separate audiences that each want very different levels of detail: small businesses, and accountants. We needed more leads to our various products, and we wanted to educate, inform and inspire our customers up front before they made the request for more information, or decided to take a trial of our cloud accounting software."
