Modern Slavery Policy Statement

Incontext Solutions Pty Ltd T/A  G2M Solutions is committed to conducting its business ethically and responsibly, and to respecting human rights in all areas of our operations and supply chain.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, including forced labour, human trafficking, child labour, debt bondage, and any other practices that deprive people of their freedom.

Our Business

Incontext Solutions Pty Ltd T/A  G2M Solutions provides professional services in digital, marketing, and technology-related fields. Our operations are primarily based in Australia and are supported by a small number of global technology and software providers.

Our Supply Chain

Our principal suppliers include well-established global platforms such as Google, HubSpot, and WordPress, which provide digital infrastructure, software, and related services essential to our operations. These organisations have publicly stated commitments to ethical conduct and responsible supply chain management.

We do not engage in manufacturing or labour-intensive supply chains and consider the overall risk of modern slavery in our direct operations and primary suppliers to be low.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships
  • Respecting internationally recognised human rights standards
  • Working with suppliers and partners that demonstrate responsible and lawful labour practices

Risk Management

While the risk of modern slavery within our business is assessed as low, we remain aware that risks can exist in extended global supply chains.

To manage these risks, we:

  • Conduct reasonable due diligence on key suppliers where appropriate
  • Prefer suppliers with published ethical, labour, and governance standards
  • Reserve the right to review or cease supplier relationships if serious concerns are identified

Reporting Status

Incontext Solutions Pty Ltd T/A  G2M Solutions is not currently a reporting entity under the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), as our consolidated annual revenue is below the mandatory reporting threshold. This policy is maintained on a voluntary basis to reflect our commitment to ethical business practices.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical conduct connected to our business or supply chain can be raised confidentially by contacting management at Incontext Solutions Pty Ltd T/A  G2M Solutions. All reports will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Review

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant and effective, and aligns with applicable laws and good governance practices.
