With g2m onboarding, you get personalised and tailored onboarding specific to your organisation. we do the onboarding with you and for you.

HubSpot's onboarding is more of a coaching approach where you are asked to do much of the work. 

For example, in Marketing Pro onboarding, we build your first campaign live in HubSpot during the onboarding so you have a playbook you can clone for future campaigns.

Our trainers come from an eLearning background. They understand how to design training that sticks and gets the behaviour change you want to see in your team. 

 

It covers:
  • The technical configuration and set-up of your portal
  • Guiding you through importing your data into Hubspot
  • Ensuring HubSpot is aligned to your business processes
  • Training your team on the use of HubSpot software tools.
  • Documenting your processes in the form of playbooks and a governance document to assist in onboarding new team members
  • Option to continue receiving HubSpot support post onboarding, if needed.  

Onboarding covers the CRM, Marketing, Sales and Service software subscriptions. 

 

Due to the software's rich capabilities, onboarding is mandatory for Professional editions and above.

Our onboarding team are former marketing and sales executives who have carried quotas and run sales teams. They have launched many campaigns and generated thousands of leads. They aren't academics; they understand the real world in which you live.

We  specialise in B2B.  We have worked in many sectors over the years but have mostly worked in Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services, Not For profit, Manufacturing, Travel, and Education.

  • HubSpot is NOT a set and forget tool. Regularly audit your programs and campaigns, use the data you have gathered to experiment and test continually. HubSpot's A/B testing capability is super helpful in this regard and easy to use.
  • We highly recommend doing the free HubSpot Certifications they are awesome.
  • Start out right and strictly apply structured naming conventions to each of your assets. eg keep landing pages, forms, emails, images for the same campaign under the same naming convention, it makes you sooooo much more efficient and able to keep track of your campaign elements.
  • Think mid to long term when setting up your CRM fields, allow for future growth even if they are blank for now. 
  • Note your daily, weekly , monthly and quarterly processes. Which of these can be automated using HubSpot tools? eg reps weekly sales forecast. Monthly marketing newsletter to prospects, sending out your customer satisfaction surveys.
